£35,000 to £40,000 plus bonus and benefits

Our client is a very successful and well established banking group operating through several different sectors.

They are looking for an experienced Operations Executive who is keen to take the next step into Project Management / Process Improvement.

The successful candidate will driven by wanting to improve processes for the customer journey. You will provide effective communications across the business to support a culture of growth mindset within a fast-paced environment to ensure achievement of agreed 'Customer and Business Outcomes’. Collating and presenting MI analysis to ensure the right decisions are made, at the right time to enable collective consensus to drive a positive customer experience.

You will work closely with the Transformation Manager and the wider SME Lending teams to support end to end collaboration and actions to enhance the service excellence.
