Your Role:

Director of Operations for the esteemed Public Sector Relations (PSR) division. Making an Impact and sharing expertise.

Your Typical Day:

Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operations and processes. Utilise relationships with department heads, partners, and clients to make informed decisions.

Plan, monitor, and analyse key metrics for efficient task completion. Stay informed with daily/monthly market intelligence to guide strategic decisions.

Develop strategies for PSR contract growth and implement process improvements. Conduct regular calls with stakeholders and effectively manage the PSR team.
