Key Responsibilities
- Diary management support.
- Liaising with the firms outsourced travel booking providers and resolving any issues
- Processing invoices, expenses, and managing financial records.
- Preparing high-quality presentations, spreadsheets, and documents.
- Managing insurance renewals, company car administration, and other operational processes.
- Maintaining intranet content, e-filing systems, and health & safety records.
- Supporting sustainability and carbon accounting initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate calibre or equivalent professional experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with proven document production expertise.
- Previous experience in a professional services environment (legal experience advantageous).
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
- Discreet, professional, and confident working with senior stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
