This is a full time, permanent role.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our client's team. This pivotal role involves managing the scheduling of work orders and pick slips, allocating stock to sales orders, and facilitating cross-functional operations to ensure efficient communication and timely product dispatch.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Allocate stock and serial numbers to sales orders and coordinate shipping arrangements.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations team and the Director to manage builds and allocations.
- Work with Dispatch teams to ensure devices, consumables, and accessories are prepared for dispatch.
- Generate and manage weekly backorder reports to oversee dispatch workload.
- Complete work orders, raise invoices, and print pick slips.
- Maintain and enhance stock configurations in the MRP system, including BOMs and sales configurations.
- Support purchasing functions by raising POs and managing inventory control.
- Contribute to environmental reporting and KPI tracking.
- Assist in training, continuous improvement initiatives, development projects, company audits, and stock takes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with MRP/ERP systems.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Hands-on operational experience within a manufacturing or distribution setting.
- A collaborative mindset with a keen attention to detail.
