Operations Coordinator – Security Installations

Based in Hertford

Full-Time | Competitive Salary £30k-£40k

We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to join a fast-growing security installation and management company. You’ll be the central hub connecting our clients, engineers, and project managers — making sure everything happens on time and to the highest standard.

What you’ll do:

• Schedule and coordinate security installations and maintenance visits
• Liaise between clients, engineers, and project teams to keep everyone informed
• Manage workflows to ensure projects meet deadlines
• Help resolve any operational issues quickly and efficiently
• Order the equipment needed
• Support the team with reporting and administrative tasks

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in operations, coordination, or project support roles within the security or fire industry
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable using scheduling tools and CRM software
• Able to manage competing priorities and work under pressure
• A team player with a can-do attitude
• Full UK driving licence is a plus
