We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our dynamic Wastewater team. This varied role plays a key part in keeping things running smoothly on site.

You’ll work closely with the Management Team to coordinate essential activities-everything from arranging and tracking training to booking courses, managing accommodation, and keeping accurate compliance records.

You’ll also help maintain a safe working environment by supporting site inspections and ensuring we meet all Health & Safety requirements. Additionally, you’’ take the lead in managing processes for company vehicles, including MOT tracking and legal documentation.

• Acting as the training coordinator for your area, liaising between the training department and employees to ensure training attendance.
• Notifying staff of upcoming training, completing booking forms and being the main contact for any issues on the day (e.g absence, travel queries etc)
• Leading Health & Safety administration for the site, ensuring all statutory record-keeping obligations are met.
• Supporting financial processes, including journals, accruals and collating capital timesheets.
• Organising meetings and briefings: booking rooms, sending invites, chasing responses, preparing handovers.
• Raising purchase orders as requested by managers and supporting field staff with procurement needs.

• A full UK driving license.
• Flexibility to travel between sites when required.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Clear & confident communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, partners and service providers.

You must have a minimum of five GCSEs at grades 9-4 (or equivalent) including English, Maths and Science.
