Key Responsibilities :

Operational support to the wider team and off-site teamSending out confirmations emails Support Account Managers with all tasks related to projectsCreate reports for clientsAssist with presentationsEnsure that all activity is recorded on the systemBe the first point of contact with the client for all operational queriesSupport off-site team and resolve performance issuesManage and process expenses

Required Skills:

A natural communicator over the phone and in personEducated to degree level would be preferredFantastic attention to detailStrong organisational skillsPrevious office experience in a telephone-based role would be advantageousStrong Excel userAnalytically minded
