They also operate a hybrid working policy between home and the office.It’s a varied role taking on aspects of strategy and growth planning, compliance, project work, staff development, office management and IT infrastructure. It will include driving performance by establishing systems and processes, identifying improvements in technology and streamlining the service proposition.
