We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated Operations Associate to join our dynamic team and support the daily operations essential to our product offerings and overall business growth.

The Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operational activities of the company, with a focus on trade settlement, NAV and PCF calculations, data distribution, reconciliations, and index maintenance.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail, a background in financial operations (preferably in ETPs or crypto), and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
