We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Operations Assistant to join our team, supporting the Operations Director and Divisional Managing Director with delivering efficient and effective administrative and operational support. This high-level role requires discretion, initiative, and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.You will provide essential administrative and operational assistance to senior leadership. You’ll play a vital role in coordinating processes, managing documentation, and supporting compliance and reporting activities. Your strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively will help keep our operations running efficiently across all areas of the division.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level administrative support, including diary management, meeting coordination, and preparation of reports and presentations.
- Act as a central point of contact between departments to ensure smooth communication and operational alignment.
- Support the planning and execution of audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities.
- Maintain and update operational documentation such as staff lists, procedural guides, and project trackers.
- Assist with onboarding and coordination of staff training schedules.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities-related requests.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and updates.
- Support data collection and analysis for operational reporting and performance tracking.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a senior administrative or operational support role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Experience supporting compliance or audit processes is advantageous.
