About the Role:As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. You will support both Operations and general administrative functions, making a meaningful impact on our organisational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a visible point of contact in the office, ensuring a well-maintained workspace for the team. �?
  • Manage the company's asset register, tracking and updating devices issued to staff.
  • Order and oversee office supplies, stationery, and refreshments.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including device management and checklist completion.
  • Collaborate with IT and external providers to maintain devices and address equipment queries.
  • Help coordinate internal events such as Fireside Chats and Momentum Meets.
  • Support scheduling of internal meetings and take minutes when necessary.
  • Assist with data entry checks and quality audits in our operations platform.
  • Monitor timesheet submissions, ensuring compliance among consultants and project managers.
  • Promote best practises within the team, fostering consistency and compliance.
  • Track and report on office utilisation and consultant overtime.
  • Conduct research into operational improvements and support compliance audits.

Skills & Technical Competencies:

  • Experience working in a fast paced environment as an Office Administrator/ Coordinator.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Customer experience-oriented, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills, adept at balancing multiple tasks.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt.
