  • Monitoring a shared inbox and taking ownership for enquiries relating to your customers.
  • Processing orders for bulk, independent and dropship customers.
  • Processing orders using the inhouse system.
  • Using in house system to arrange bookings and processing delivery notes to the warehouse.
  • Dealing with inbound calls and emails from retail and end consumer enquiries.
  • Liaising with the Shipping team and advising customers of amendments to delivery dates.

Key Skills for a Operations Administrator:

  • Strong administrative experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and able to communicate in a clear, well structured, concise manner.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to learn multiple customer IT systems.
