Operations Administrator

We are looking for an Operations Administrator to join our clients based in Eastleigh. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience, particularly within the e-commerce industry or a B2C environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for organising shipments, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth operational flow.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Organising shipments and processing orders efficiently.
- Handling stock transfers and processing refunds for online orders.
- Collaborating with the Customer Service team to assist with customer queries.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of administrative experience.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry or in a B2C environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Confident, polite, and professional manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
