As we continue our growth here at BES Utilities, we have new and exciting positions available for enthusiastic and forward-thinking Operations Administrators based at our offices in Fleetwood.

Our Company:

BES Utilities are a UK based, independently owned group of companies, comprising of Business Energy Solutions Ltd and BES Commercial Electricity Ltd. With offices manned by local employees based in Blackpool and Manchester, BES Utilities aims to provide first rate utility services to businesses across the United Kingdom.

We care about customer service and at BES our customers come first. We aim to deliver gold plated service and resolve customer queries and/ or complaints at first point of contact. Our contact center's can be contacted at any time during business hours from 0830 to 1730 each Monday to Friday.

We have around 850+ members of staff and proud to be apart of a diverse group of businesses that are based on the Fylde Coast, Manchester, Dubai and South Africa.

Main Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

  • Provide day to day administrative support to a broad range of the operational teams within BES Utilities, along with telephony activity when required.
  • Build strong relationships with operational departments, demonstrating reliability in delivering tasks to the deadlines agreed.
  • Undertake varies departmental upskills to enhance your personal skill set, providing you with a dynamic set of experience to enable further progression within the business.
  • Ensure that the quality of work is delivered is to the expected standard, which will be further underpinned with the necessary training & local investment.

Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience in an office / telephone-based role would be essential
  • A strong ability to prioritise & assess timescales
  • Utility industry experience would be desirable, but not essential
  • "Can-do" attitude.
