EAC Consulting Group are representing an exciting, forward thinking Finance company based in Milton Keynes. They are looking for an Organised, proactive Operations Administrator to join their growing business. If you are looking for your next challenge working within Administration and are a proactive and organised indivdual then this could be the role for you.

On Offer for the Operations Administrator:

  • Salary £25,000 - £30,000
  • Fun, supportive team
  • Modern office in Central MK
  • Monday - Friday hours 9:00am-5:30pm
  • Social trips for the team throughout the year

Duties for the Operations Admistrator:

  • As Operations Administrator you will be dealing with Finance paperwork & loading proposals onto systems.
  • General administration duties and supporting the sales team within the office
  • PA duties to all 3 Directors; bookings quarterly performance trips etc
  • Answering any incoming calls, taking messages or transferring to the right team
  • Maintaining an organised work space, ensuring details are uploaded and onto the system

Ideal Operations Administrator:

  • 2 years+ working within an Administrative role
  • Proactive indivdual with exceptional attention to detail
  • Good use of Microsoft Package
  • Confident in handling incoming calls
  • Strong Communicator
  • Time Management / Organisation

Salary : 25000 - 30000
