We're looking to recruit an Onboarding & Planning Executive?to join our?Service Delivery? team and support one of our key clients - The Royal Mail Group!

Reed supply flexible and temporary workforce solutions through Angard Staffing to Royal Mail sites all across the country, managing year round recruitment as well as seasonal peaks.

What is a Planning Executive?

You'll play a vital role in our service delivery to the client by managing and coordinating the onboarding, vetting, and deployment of Angard workers at our key international site HWDC.

You'll support candidates throughout the vetting and onboarding process, liaise with managers to understanding staffing requirements, and engage existing workers to ensure requirements are fulfilled quickly and efficiently.

Key accountabilities:

• Manage bookings through a bespoke system
• Handle queries from candidates, workers, and managers
• Ensure applicants are thoroughly screened and vetted in accordance with client expectations and policies
• Manage shift patterns and rotas to fulfil client requirements

What are we looking for?

We're looking for process-oriented, customer focused individuals, with high levels of attention to detail.

• Customer service experience is essential
• Strong communication skills are essential
• A good level of computer literacy is essential
• Experience with compliance/onboarding is preferred
