Role: Online Marketer

Location: Eindhoven

Salary: €4,000 - €4,500

Due to expansion, they are looking to bring in a passionate marketing professional who can grow within their in-house marketing team. This position with a multi-national company will be an incredible opportunity for a junior marketer looking to take the next step in their career. You will be working closely with the in-house online marketing manager and help develop marketing campaigns that align with the company's mission statement.

Responsibilities:

You will play a pivotal part in developing marketing strategies by being given the freedom to push innovative ideas which follow the company's vision. Your day-to-day will consist of working closely with highly experienced marketers to drive growth and increase brand awareness. Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop marketing campaigns that align with the company's mission statement.
• Conducting market research targeting various UK competitors to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage and analyse digital marketing efforts on multiple platforms using analytical tools.
• Using creativity and innovation to create compelling content.
• Conversing with multiple departments to ensure marketing initiatives resonate with all departments and align with the company's mission statement.
• Analyse and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Required to have at least 2 years' commercial experience within a marketing role.
• Experience with social media advertising, email marketing, google ads and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong copywriting using a variety of formats and tones.
• Strong organisational and reporting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• A passion for creativity with an ability to portray this in a variety of different ways.
• The confidence and passion to drive success.
