We are currently looking for Customer Service Agents to join a Tech firm located in Central London. This role is paying £14 hour and offers some hybrid working. This is an ongoing temp opportunity which could become permanent.

The role

Investigating and resolving customer complaints

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts

Meet personal/customer service team sales targets
