Onboarding Coordinator

- Salary: £18 - 22 per hour (depending on PAYE or Umbrella payment option)
Reed HR are seeking a Temporary Onboarding Coordinator to join a professional services company based in Central London. This temporary position is ideal for someone who is highly organised and has a passion for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new employees.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and processed.
- Serve as the first point of contact for new employees, providing them with a warm welcome and all the necessary information about the company.
- Organise and schedule onboarding sessions and training programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure all equipment, access, and resources are ready for new hires.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the onboarding process and suggest improvements as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience working within a Recruitment and Onboarding role or in a similar HR role previously.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
