Office Manager - Bis Recruit Ltd : Job Details

A leading global IT company is looking for a polished, proactive Workplace Manager to support its dynamic central London workspace on an ongoing temporary basis starting on Monday 16th June. This is a client-facing role where you will play a vital part in maintaining a seamless and professional workplace experience for both clients and colleagues alike.

With hours of 8:30am-5pm each day and paying £20/hour, as Workplace Manager, your duties will include:• Welcoming and assisting staff, clients, and guests on-site• Overseeing meeting room scheduling and desk bookings• Maintaining the overall presentation and readiness of workplace areas• Acting as the main point of contact for facilities issues and liaising with contractors/vendors• Supporting office operations, including supplies management and visitor access protocols• Coordinating internal events and high-profile meetings as needed• Supporting senior stakeholders with workplace logistics and administrative tasks• Identifying and implementing improvements to workplace processes and efficiency

About you:• At leas four years’ office/workplace management, facilities or project management experience - ideally in a corporate environment• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take initiative• Solid organisational skills with attention to detail• Comfortable using booking systems, email and basic office tech• A proactive, solution-focused approach and ability to represent the company
