You will be responsible for Health & Safety compliance, office maintenance, and fostering a productive work atmosphere. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Maintain the professional appearance of the office, arranging repairs and liaising with the landlord and suppliers to ensure a safe and functional environment.
  • Manage Health and Safety requirements, updating policies in collaboration with internal and external parties.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Oversee budget management for office and facilities expenses.
  • Maintain staff facilities, including kitchens, meeting rooms, and reception areas.
  • Handle meeting room bookings and organise catering for meetings and events.
  • Manage travel and accommodation arrangements for staff.
  • Ensure filing systems are well-maintained and current.
  • Address all Facilities and Office Management requests efficiently.
  • Adapt to changing business priorities and undertake additional duties as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Office Management or Facilities Management.
