We are an eco-conscious successful ecommerce and local health shop looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Office Manager.

For this position you will need to be very well organized, able to prioritize jobs without neglecting other tasks which need to be addressed. You will assist the director with the administrative and managerial duties. For this job you need to be a quick learner and know how to adapt quickly to use a range of different software; simple like an image editor and more complex like our order and inventory management system. IT literacy is a must have skill for this position.

Your contributions will include:

  • Health & Safety management and administration
  • HR administration
  • Minutes taking of meetings
  • Leading and conducting the employees meetings
  • Recruitment
  • Management of Company policies
  • Reporting using various sources and information
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Supervising and managing the team members
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Physical store management
  • Online store performance management
  • Staff training
  • Office organization
  • Creating company training guides using G Suite tools (Workspace) combined with work management system Monday
  • Support Director in a variety of other tasks

Previous experience in a similar role is required. You will need to also have an excellent telephone manner and communication. Problem solving is also a desired skill.

DBS check will be required for this position.

Required criteria:

3 years of experience in management

Desirable criteria:

  • Passion for the environment and sustainability;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Computer literacy (proficiency in Microsoft Office); CRM software, inventory management software, google apps.
  • excellent organisation skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Be good with numbers
  • Good accurate typing skills
  • Have an own transport and driving license
