Main Areas of Responsibility

You will coordinate all administrative functions to assist in the smooth running of the Academy, with your main responsibilities being:

  • Management of the Academy office
  • HR
  • Health and Safety
  • Supporting with Finance management
  • Line management of office staff and delegation of work appropriately
  • Providing PA/administrative support to the Principal

What We are Looking For

We would like to hear from you if you have:

  • Appropriate degree or equivalent level of Education
  • Good understanding of databases, including ability to use database to process reports and statistics
  • Full working knowledge of relevant policies/codes of practice/legislation.
  • Knowledge of personal assistant roles and responsibilities
  • Human resources experience e.g. recruitment and monitoring attendance
  • Several years' experience working in an office environment at senior level.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience of using Bromcom or other MIS
  • Experience of working with the general public.
  • Experience of using, maintaining and developing administrative systems.
