We are working with a well-established Independent Financial Adviser firm in London, who are seeking an Office Manager to join their team. This role is perfect for someone highly organised, professional, and proactive, with a passion for creating a welcoming and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome clients, guests, and visitors with professionalism and warmth. Manage all incoming phone calls and direct them accordingly.
- Office Administration: Maintain the overall tidiness and professional appearance of the office, including communal areas, kitchen, and meeting rooms. This also includes plant care and ensuring a high standard of office aesthetics.
- Supply & Stock Management: Monitor and manage office supplies, stationery, and kitchen resources. Place timely orders to ensure the office is always well-stocked.
- Mail & Correspondence: Receive, sort, scan, and distribute daily mail and deliveries efficiently.
- Team Support: Provide administrative support across the business, assist with company projects, and take on additional ad-hoc tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to office management.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Role Details:
- Full-time, office-based role
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- Salary: Up to £40,000 (depending on experience)
