Looking for your first job and ready to learn a bit of everything? At Opitome Ltd, we supply stunning architectural hardware for high-end homes, working with top interior designers, architects, and contractors. We’re a small, friendly team who value attention to detail and take pride in what we do.

We’re looking for a motivated and organised Office Junior to join us and get stuck into a wide range of tasks. No previous experience is needed – just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a basic level of Maths and English.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Helping out with day-to-day office admin tasks.
• Checking deliveries and making sure products are correct.
• Labelling and organising stock for specific projects.
• Packing products carefully, ready to be sent to customers.
• Supporting the sales team by organising samples and following up with suppliers.
• Pitching in wherever needed to help keep things running smoothly.
• (Occasionally) helping with small, local deliveries – no driving licence needed!

• Someone friendly, reliable, and keen to learn.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Comfortable with basic Maths and English, including writing.
• A team player who’s happy to roll their sleeves up and help out.
