They believe in business as a force for good, making choices that benefit clients, the community, and the planet.With a hybrid, collaborative team culture, they blend strategic thinking, creative flair, and operational excellence to make remarkable things happen.The RoleAs an Office Executive, you’ll be a vital part of the Internal Operations team, helping to keep the agency running smoothly behind the scenes. No two days will be the same! You’ll support everything from office management and HR admin to team events and sustainability initiatives.Your responsibilities will include:
- Keeping the office organised and stocked, managing inboxes, and updating internal records.
- Supporting internal meetings and team events; booking venues, arranging travel, and coordinating logistics.
- Assisting with recruitment admin, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Helping plan team socials, volunteering days, and engagement initiatives.
- Supporting the ISO14001 and B Corp accreditation processes.
- Jumping in to help with ad hoc admin across projects, events, and finance.
About youWe’re looking for someone who is:
- Studying or recently graduated in Business Administration, Events, Marketing, or a related field.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Adaptable and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- A strong communicator, confident in collaborating with colleagues and contributing to team meetings.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with Microsoft Office and curious about tools like AI.
- Creatively curious, with a genuine interest in the events and marketing industry.
