GBR Recruitment Ltd, are proudly working in exclusive partnership with a leading Westminster based Charity, recruiting for an experienced Office Coordinator / Senior Receptionist, to carry out Administration, Coordination, Reception & Customer Services activities.
This is a fantastic Charity organisation, that carries out fantastic work in the local Westminster community, supporting those less fortunate & those in vulnerable situations. They work closely with individuals in need, offering them guidance & support services to overcome the obstacles in their way & to thrive again.
Ideally you will have some Charity / NFP organisation experience & possess a real passion for giving back to others.
The Office Coordinator / Senior Receptionist will oversee the Receptionist, therefore ideally you will have some supervisory / mentoring skills.

This role is working from the Westminster HQ, Monday to Friday from 08:30am to 5pm (37.5 hours paid week), within very close proximity to Victoria Station, so easy to get to.
The Westminster HQ can be reached via the Circle, District, & the Jubilee line (arriving at Victoria Station).
This role could suit someone working as an Office Manager, Lead Receptionist, Office Supervisor, Secretary, PA, EA, Senior Switchboard Operator or similar.
