Office based Mechanic - Reed : Job Details

Are you a mechanic looking to get off the tools? Are you wanting to switch to an office-based role, but unsure how to go about it? My client are seeking an experienced mechanic or vehicle technician to provide fantastic inbound customer service to their customers. 

About the role:

• Handling inbound enquiries from customers
• Directing them to a repairer where appropriate
• Assisting repairers with our claims process
• Authorising valid repairs
• Processing invoices for payment of valid claims

About you:

• An adaptable and positive attitude
• Ready to undertake a new challenge working in a busy office
• Previous experience within the motor industry is essential
• Experience providing a positive customer experience
• Proficient in MS Office software

Benefits:

• Salary: £32,000
• Hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 5:00pm
