Role: Office Assistant

Salary: up to £25,000

Location: Castleford

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

I am pleased to announce a really exciting opportunity to join my client as an Office Assistant for a small but friendly business in the leisure and tourism industry.

They are looking for someone who is enthusiastic with a proactive attitude. You will be a confident individual with fantastic interpersonal skills who can work on their own initiative.

The role

• Answering questions towards customers and suppliers via email & telephone
• Input all sales orders
• Giving advice on availability and delivery time of the product range
• Processing and releasing orders in the system
• General administrative duties e.g. filing and post duties.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 1 years experience working in an office
• You are enthusiastic, communicatively strong and customer oriented
• Knowledge of working with databases and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
