Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office and project teams.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and project documentation.
- Assist with preparation of reports, correspondence, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate scheduling and support team diaries.
- Manage incoming communications and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Support continuous improvement of office systems and processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
