Reed are seeking a proactive and personable Office Administrator to join one of our growing clients. It’s a fantastic organisation with an international reach that offer a really fun and interesting product! As such we are looking for someone that is on board with their ethos and wants to work in a close knit and fun team!

Role: Office Administrator

Location: Dundee

Salary: £24,862 per annum

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone calls professionally and take customer orders efficiently
  • Responding to enquiries accurately and promptly
  • Process orders, despatch, and invoicing using Sage 50 and Excel
  • Liaise with customers to confirm or amend orders via telephone
  • Prepare letters, documents, and spreadsheets with strong secretarial skills
  • Maintain a welcoming and confident attitude with a focus on excellent customer care
  • Work under pressure while maintaining high standards

?? Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Sage 50 experience is a plus, but not essential
  • Strong communication and telephone manner
  • Ability to manage time effectively and stay organised
  • A warm, friendly personality and a collaborative team spirit
  • Capable of working independently when needed
