General Office Administrator
  • Job Type: Temporary (potential to become permanent)
  • Location: Outskirts Norwich close to Norwich Airport NR6 
  • Working Hours: Full or Part-Time either 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM with 30 minutes lunch break or part-time school hours

We are seeking a General Office Administrator to support our team. This temporary role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make an impact in a thriving local business. The position is to replace a leaver and could become permanent for the right candidate.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Perform general office administration tasks to support daily operations.
  • Answer phone calls and handle general customer inquiries professionally.
  • Manage holiday requests from staff efficiently.
  • Enter staff timesheets into the system accurately for payroll processing.
  • Communicate with clients wishing to book services, providing excellent service and information.
  • Handle sales administration tasks to support the business development team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in using PCs and various databases.
  • Experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle phone-based customer service.
  • Capable of data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
