We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join a family-run firm on a maternity cover basis. This role is office-based and offers a chance to be an integral part of a close-knit team, providing essential administrative support.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle incoming calls, general queries, and orders efficiently.
- Address helpdesk queries and provide timely solutions.
- Process orders and accurately input client details into the system.
- Perform general data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Type up letters and documents as required.
- Generate statistical reports and documents for team and management review.
- Manage the office email inbox, ensuring all communications are handled professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, handling a variety of tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Comfortable handling telephone queries with excellent customer service skills.
- IT literacy, with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
