We have a great opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our team within Vistry Works Warrington, at our Factory in Warrington, Cheshire. As our Office Administrator you will be be an integral part of the team at the Vistry Works Warrington Factory.
We are looking for an Office Administrator to organise and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to ensure a high level of organisational effectiveness and communication across our team. You will assist each department with general administrative duties, filing and organisational needs. You will provide a timely, accurate and efficient administrative service and have excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

- You will have previous experience in a similar role, carrying out administrative tasks for a range of departments/functions in a fast-paced environment, ideally in the manufacturing industry
- You will have the ability to work on your own initiative, without supervision, effectively managing your time and completing tasks in order of priority
- You will be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with excellent record-keeping skills and attention to detail
- You will have experience working with central document databases, such as Four Projects
- You will be proficient with a variety of IT software, including Microsoft Office, and will have a good command of Excel
- You may have experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 software package (Training Provided)
- Minimum of 5 A-C GCSE (including English and Maths)
- Mental Health First aider (Training can be provided)

- You will ensure that electronic files for each department are kept up to date and are stored in the correct location, compliant with GDPR regulations
- Be responsible for booking any travel/accommodation requirements, alongside assisting with organising any visitors, meetings and events for the business unit
- Hold responsibility for managing the office stationery and general office supplies, placing replacement orders in a timely manner so that stock levels are always maintained
- You will be responsible for scanning STA (Structural Timber Association) documents to the relevant folders, alongside logging ISO/PEFC documents
- Take receipt of site photographs and handover documents, filing them in their respective electronic project folder(s)
- You will be responsible for issuing photographs and sign-off documents to the Construction and Technical departments
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services.
- You will be responsible for assisting the region with their contribution to the Company’s Social Values projects and the administrative tasks that accompany this
- Carry out any other reasonable administrative duties as requested by your line manager, including the printing, laminating and posting of documents
