Office AdministratorPertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to join a beauty supplier business based near Basingstoke on a 2-month temporary assignment. This position is going to be working 30 hours per week and is fully office based.Responsibilities as an Office Administrator:- Being first point of contact for customer enquiries- Receive and process customer orders- Liaising with suppliers- Maintenance of database and internal spreadsheets including pivot tables and V-look up- Tracking goods and keeping customers updated- General administration dutiesRequirments:- Administration experience- Proficient on Microsoft packages, especially Excel- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Available immediately- Own transport due to rural locationThis Office Administrator position is going to be starting immediately and will be running for two months initially but could be extended. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9.30am - 3pm.
