Office Administrator - Engineering - Bennett & Game Recruitment : Job Details

Office Administrator required for a well-established equipment manufacturer based in Bishops Stortford. Due to ongoing success, they are seeking an Engineering Administrator to oversee the creation of data manuals of systems.

• Reviewing supplied documentation to ensure if correlates to the equipment delivered
• Identifying components on schematic drawings
• Working with project managers and procurements teams on document control
• Creating document indexes
• Typing up weld logs from handwritten copies in Excel

• Previous experience within an Administrative / Document Controlling position
• High level of competence in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Teams & PowerPoint.
• Based in a commutable distance of Bishops Stortford
• Experience within an Engineering / Manufacturing environment is desirable
• Good communications and time management skills

• Starting salary £24,000 - £26,000
• Monday to Friday, full-time, permanent position.
• Holiday allowance and pension
