Ocean Import clerk - Heathrow Personnel : Job Details

NEW VACANCY - Our client who is well established at Heathrow has now opened offices in Basildon for their ocean freight team and are seeking an experience ocean import clerk.

Duties will include:

• Managing import ocean freight jobs and bookings
• FCL / LCL
• Bills of lading
• Processing freight invoices and billing
• Updating customers
• Completing customs entries
• Dealing with overseas agents
• Liaising with airfreight team for crosstrade shipments

We are looking for someone with a freight background (not commercial shipping) you must have experience being the freight forwarder and processing the ocean imports and customs docs.

Use of of CHEIF / CDS OR CARGOWISE REQUIRED.
