Ocean Export Clerk - First Choice Staff : Job Details

We are working with a small Freight Forwarder who have an exciting opportunity for an Ocean Export Clerk.

Role Involves:

• Keep file and data freight records up to date.
• Update Vessel ETA’s.
• Send NOA - request any required documents for clearance release.
• Arrange, coordinate and book deliveries.
• Print collection and delivery notes.
• Monitor to ensure on schedule.
• Mark Files with costs.
• Split files for invoicing.
• Split email updates with telephone contacts to build relationships.
• Put releases in place FCL & LCL.

We are looking for 2 years + Ocean Export experience start to finish. With experience of above.

Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm.
