Location: Shrewsbury

This is a band 5-6 position

Start date: ASAP-3 months

Shift pattern: Flexible, but over 7 days, typically 8-4,9-5

Job description:

• A registered Occupational therapist is required to assess and treat patients requiring ward-based rehabilitation and assessment for discharge planning.
• Experience of community-based pathways would also be desirable.
• Supporting patients in their treatment, recovery and reablement with the clinical pathways including Frailty , Stroke and Orthopaedics.
