Job Advert Role Description

Priory Hospital Solihull is a specialist mental health facility set in the scenic village of Meriden, near Solihull and Coventry. We offer Rehabilitation & Recovery services across three male-only wards (31 beds total), supporting individuals with Serious Mental Illness and complex needs.

We have a well-established multidisciplinary team and a strong focus on collaborative, patient-centred care.

The Role:We’re looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) to support our OTs in delivering structured group and one-to-one activities. Ideal for experienced OTAs or Activity Coordinators seeking progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support delivery of individualised treatment plans
• Facilitate therapeutic activities
• Monitor and record patient progress
• Work within a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain a safe and engaging environment
