Job Ref: PK-1557Occupational Health Nurse Advisor Team LeaderLocation: Horsham, West Sussex + HomebasedJob Type: Permanent - Full TimeOccupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor Team Leader to work in Horsham, West Sussex + home-based on a full time permanent basis. The role will involve travel to Devon, Somerset, Kent and Suffolk throughout the year for audits, appraisals and team events equating to approx 4 weeks. The role will involve:- Assessing new clients presenting to Occupational Health in person or by referral and initiate management of case- Assessing clients fitness to work for the appropriate job and issuing fitness certificates- Supporting, advising, monitoring and assessing the clinical practice of the OH Team- Providing strong leadership to OH Technicians and wider multidisciplinary team- Provide clear and professional advice to clients and employeesTo apply you will need to be a qualified and experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor with proven leadership and management experience in Occupational Health. Salary: up to £47,000 + Benefits
