As a valued member of the team, you’ll play a vital role in shaping children’s early learning experiences through creativity, care, and connection.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality care and learning experiences in line with EYFS guidelines
• Acting as a Key Person, supporting children’s individual needs and development
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Promoting a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
• Contributing to the nursery’s collaborative and positive team culture

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring energy, passion, and a genuine love for helping children grow.

Requirements:

• A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
• Previous experience working with children aged 0–5 years in a nursery setting
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development principles
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive, caring, and positive approach to learning and play
