Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Salary: Up to £29,900

40 hours per week

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and experienced, with a deep passion for early years development; As a Nursery Practitioner you will be responsible for fostering a fun and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development.

The nursery itself is a bright, welcoming space filled with natural light. It features a spacious layout that allows for various learning stations, promoting creativity and interactive play. The Nursery has a wonderful long-standing Nursery Manager!

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Level 3 or above in Early Years

• Demonstrable previous experience working in a nursery setting

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

• Creating a safe, inclusive, and exceptionally stimulating environment for children to explore and learn

• Thoughtfully planning and executing age-appropriate activities that align with the EYFS framework

• Establishing strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

• Methodically monitoring and documenting children's progress and development

• Ensuring that the nursery environment maintains impeccable standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization
