Nursery Practitioner - Term Time Teachers : Job Details

There are some tiny details we need from you though:

• Be able to start at 8 and finish at 6 or work AM or PM shifts (down to you).
• Hold a qualification in Early Years Level 2 or above.
• The final attribute we need is for you to love your job. Love working with children and you must be proactive as a nursery setting is a busy one.

A working day at a nursery will vary to your hours but typical duties include:

• Providing a safe and always stimulating environment.
• Delivering an appropriate play based Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum that enables children to make individual progress.
• To help ensure the nursery meets all OFSTED requirements.
• To plan activities which ensure each child is working towards the early learning outcomes. Strive for Continuous Improvements.
• Adhering to Policies & Procedures & compliance with the Children Act, Health & Safety legislation and within the guidelines of Ofsted.
