About the Nursery

This independent, teacher-led nursery is known for its warm, family-focused ethos and commitment to high-quality early years' education. With small class sizes and a strong emphasis on mutual respect and child development, it's a place where both children and staff flourish.

Your Role

As Room Leader, you'll guide a small team to deliver engaging, structured learning experiences for children aged 3-4. You'll work closely with two other staff members to support a group of just 10 children, ensuring each child receives the attention and care they need to thrive.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Room Leader, ideally in a private nursery
• Confident communicator with parents and colleagues
• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
• A calm, organised, and nurturing approach to leadership
