We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our vibrant team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent. The role involves full nursery management responsibilities, ensuring high standards of care and education for children under your supervision.

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of care and safety.
• Lead and manage staff, including recruitment, training, development, and appraisal to ensure a high-performing team.
• Develop and implement educational programs that stimulate and engage children, promoting their physical, emotional, and intellectual development.
• Maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on child development and nursery initiatives.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring the financial sustainability of the nursery.
• Ensure the nursery environment is safe, welcoming, and conducive to learning and development.

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within a nursery setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and current Ofsted regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the children and nursery.
