Link3 is looking for an experienced, passionate Nursery Manager to lead our nursery group branch in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire (HP22). This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident leader who is committed to delivering exceptional standards in early years education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery
• Inspire and lead a team to deliver high-quality care and education
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and health & safety policies
• Build strong and supportive relationships with families and the wider community
• Oversee curriculum planning and continuous improvement across the setting
• Handle budgeting, staffing, and operational planning effectively

Requirements:

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education (Level 5+ desirable)
• Substantial experience in nursery management or a senior leadership role
• Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted expectations
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for early years development and quality education
