We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly nursery team in Coventry this September. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced and newly qualified practitioners who are committed to making a difference in children's lives.

• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where children feel happy and secure.
• Plan and deliver fun, engaging activities that support learning and development across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Observe and track children’s progress, helping them reach their full potential.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your team.
• Support daily routines and promote positive behaviour.
• Ensure all safeguarding, health & safety, and hygiene standards are met.

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
• Paediatric First Aid certificate – must be up to date.
• A genuine love for working with children and helping them thrive.
• A team player with great communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• A good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding practices.

• £12.50 per hour.
• Full training provided, including safeguarding, EYFS updates, and ongoing development.
