Are you a passionate and dedicated childcare professional looking to make a real difference in young lives? We are seeking a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our warm and welcoming nursery team in Leicester.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 0–5.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Monitor and support children’s development, keeping accurate records.
• Promote positive behaviour and ensure safeguarding policies are followed.

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• A genuine passion for working with children.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A clear enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
