Location: different locations in South West London

Excellent Salary:£33,000 - £40,000 per annum

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Nursery Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards of care and education
• Lead and inspire staff teams to deliver outstanding EYFS provision
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and external agencies
• Ensure compliance with all safeguarding and health & safety policies

What You’ll Need:

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Childcare
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Previous experience in a deputy or senior practitioner role
• A passion for child development and a commitment to excellence
